HSBC Asset Management for individual investors
We aim to make your money work harder in pursuit of the goals you have for yourself and your family.
Asset Management explained
Money can be invested in funds made up of different types of assets: equity (stocks and shares), corporate and government bonds, or a mix of types (multi-asset).
Funds can be managed in different ways: active management (picking the assets one by one based on specific criteria), passive management (replicating the performance of a benchmark index) or a mix of the two (called smart beta).
Remember that no investment is without risk
The value of investments and any income from these can go down as well as up and investors may not get back the amount originally invested.
Our strengths for individual investors
We offer a comprehensive range of funds to meet our clients’ investment needs, whatever they may be. We manage all our funds with care and discipline, whether they are in stocks, bonds, index funds like ETFs, or multi-asset funds.
